My role as your psychologist is to ease your emotional distress and improve your overall well-being, enhance your ability to make decisions and resolve problems, and promote your use of healthy behaviors and thoughts. We accomplish these goals and others by using a cognitive-behavioral framework to build skills and expand tools for coping with stress. We know that clients learn best when engaged in a safe and structured environment with a warm and nurturing psychologist. You and I will build a collaborative relationship in which to address the issues troubling to you.
